Sophie studied law at the University of Dundee before completing the Legal Practice Course and successfully obtaining a distinction. Since joining the team at Lincoln & Rowe, Sophie has proved to be a valuable member of the team, assisting with various litigation and insolvency matters concerning breach of contract, directors’ disputes, shareholder remedies, misrepresentations, fraud matters, directors’ misfeasance and antecedents transaction.
